Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

• check the correct operation of the services offered.

The navigation data does not persist longer than the time strictly necessary and is canceled immediately after its aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the site, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems

They are used on this website cookie, aimed at ensuring the correct use of the contents of the site.

The site uses technical and session cookies (non-persistent) strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the site. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, whereas on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information relating to the cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times strictly necessary for correct functioning.

Operation of the banner

The privacy management banner activated on this site does not allow any profiling cookie to be activated before the user has given his consent. LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Data Controller in the execution of the services provided by the site and subsequently, if required by the site itself, by contractual or legal obligations.

If there are specific sections for subscriptions to newsletters or marketing services, they will be managed by specific information.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

As required by the provision of 10 June 2021 "Guidelines for cookies and other tracking tools", the user of the site is free to authorize or not authorize profiling cookies according to his free choice and will. The personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

DATA ADDRESSEES

The recipients of the data collected following consultation of the sites listed above are subjects designated by the Data Controller, pursuant to article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors. The complete list of Managers is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller and can be requested by email.

The personal data collected are also processed by the staff in charge of processing, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

TRANSFER OF DATA

The data will only be transferred within the EU.
Some applications such as Google Analytics and reCaptcha may be subject to transfers outside the EU.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The retention time of the user's choices referring to cookies is six months as required by the provision.

The storage time of cookies changes according to the type of membership. For third-party profiling cookies, the specifications on the related sites can be consulted directly.

Personal data processed for contact or economic purposes will be processed for the mandatory times provided for by the relevant laws.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES PURSUANT TO ART 15 EU 2016/679

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases envisaged, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (articles 15 and following of the regulation). Requests should be forwarded to the Data Controller at the references listed at the beginning of this information.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referring to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
